Costa Rica Return 2024

What happens after a mission trip team has left? What happens to the families and community that were severed and helped? Does anyone ever go back?

Steve and Maria were on the Not So Boring Bible mission trip to Costa Rica last October. On the mission trip they helped build a couple of homes, but more importantly, they built relationships. Together with another mother and son, they’ll be traveling back to Costa Rica May 9-13!

On this mission, they’ll check in on the families we built homes for and use the relationships they’ve made in the community to continue to share God’s love with others. They’ll be working in the community we previously served, providing water filters to install in homes, bibles for kids in the neighborhood, tools to do the work, and continuing to strengthen and foster relationships.

Background

Last October, Not So Boring Bible sent a team of 40+ people to Costa Rica and built two homes for two families in need on a mission trip. It changed these families’ lives, and our team’s as well!

These families now have homes!

(Click on the photo for more info on the family.)

I’d love to help but…

Can’t support financially, you can still play a huge part!

Thank you, however you choose to contribute and support this mission trip!
